It’s okay to bake something in a jiffy without the need to involve the big mixer. This is the easy pie I make in a hurry. As I always am in a strange way…
Dropping the sugar, custard powder, vanilla and spice. Then change the spices, add some beef strips, along with bacon(?) and some leeks instead and some grated cheese.
BLACKBERRY PIE
5 eggs and 5 tablespoons cream, 5 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons sour cream, 2tsp custard powder, 1 box Philadelphia cream cheese, vanilla, cardamom 1 pre-made pie dough and pie dish bowl of freshly picked blackberries, or other desired fruit. Grease and place pie-dough in pie pan. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Beat eggs with sugar, stir in custard powder. Add the sour cream, vanilla, some ground cardamom and the cream cheese stir well with a good whisk. Pour the berries in the pie pan along with some raisins (optional). Pour the batter gently over the berries. Bake at 175 degrees for 45-55 min. Stir a little brown sugar and some ground cardamom together in a cup to sprinkle over the pie right away it comes out of the oven. Sprinkle the sugar/cardamom mixture over the pie as soon as it comes from the oven. Eat warm, cold, alone or with ice cream, or more berries.Like this:
